Have you ever stayed in a dedicated family hotel? If not, let me take you on a short tour to show you what makes the difference to any other hotel stay đ
Everything from a fun kidsâ club to give parents a breather, a spa escape, fresh air, birds singing in the woodlands, horses & deer roaming free around you! And a window view to capture almost all of it! Not to mention that you can go for a quick drive to beautiful beaches!
Tucked away within the New Forest National Park in Hampshire, New Park Manor is part of the Luxury Family Hotels group which promises to make your life as a parent traveling with small children much easier and more comfortable! You get everything from video baby monitors to bottle cleaning and sterilising service to secret dens and a complimentary crèche which caters for children from 3 months to 8 years. Also a cinema room for older children, featuring table football, board games and reading books – you can even have an informal family dinner here if you donât feel like going to the restaurant.
However I should start by saying that the 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was superb! Featuring uninterrupted, far-reaching views across the gardens and New Forest with a shared roof-terrace this space made us feel like home, but with the full perks of a holiday!  There is a master bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
The separate children’s bedroom has twin beds and extra space to accommodate a further 2 children plus an additional cot or z-bed for a 3rd child – which was exactly what we needed. The en-suite offers a full range of Bramley products, including Little B, the exclusive children’s range. So not to worry if you donât pack up or forget your toiletries! đ
The hotel has great products you can use, so no need to pack up much! I do however only use Michael van Clarke for my hair – never travel without it, and the kids love their Dandidill Way.
Their products smell so good!
 Â
I had a wonderful massage & the ultimate Elemis Biotec facial, followed by tea in the sunshine! ON MY OWN watching the horses and deer run wild! While the kids were having fun at the kids club.
In terms of facilities, the use of spa fix included within your stay. The 16m indoor UV treatment pool with views across the forest is absolutely brilliant, thereâs also a hydrotherapy pool, thermal rooms, plus experience showers and outdoor hot tub.
Thereâs also a heated outdoor pool located in the garden, but it wasnât open when we were there as it opens May to September from 10:00â18:00 daily (weather depending).
If itâs some time out that you need, just the grownups, the spa terrace and hot tub are there for your relaxation away from the children; with refreshments being served on the terrace.
I think for the kids the highlight was the gorgeous afternoon tea, which was a Matilda themed treat. We started in the restaurant and finished it off on the beach!!
Itâs that close đ
Thank you New Park Manor for a wonderful stay and new memories that we took home with us! Lucas remembered being here although itâs been 3 years since the last time we went. We donât have one,  but you can even bring your dog friend! Or, in our case, super useful, the availability of an electric car charging point! Before a short drive away from the cliff top village of Barton on Sea so Iâll now let you browse a few more pixels from the beach.
The 3 mile long stretch of beach has stunning views over to the Isle of Wight, have you been?
Cath Kidston heart shaped picnic basket – taking it with us everywhere!!
When travelling with kids, packing smart is key.
Never going anywhere without our Thule luggage – the most reliable luggage we had for years!
