Driving, just like life, is about how the small moments make a big difference to our satisfaction 🙏🏻 To me it’s also about connection, and lately I’ve immersed myself into some of the well known Japanese practices for my physical, mental and spiritual well-being, because despite my busy schedule and living in the high tech era, I need to remind myself to learn how to live more in the moment. So a big thank you @mazda_uk for the essential reminder of making time to live slow while connecting with myself and my friends! 😇 It was an absolute pleasure catching up with my favourite Cornish mum of 3, @shellandthelittlies 💚 It's also been also a great opportunity for me to learn  more about the Japanese craftsmanship which is at the very heart of who and what Mazda is. I’ve learnt about Jinba Ittai (inspired by Japanese tradition) which symbolises the oneness between a horse and its rider, something entirely natural, like a true extension of your being that brings pure driving pleasure. Every Mazda created is designed around its driver and passengers. Each car isn’t just engineered to move you literally, but to do so emotionally and I could easily see this during our driving journey around London. I’ve read about Kodo, Soul of Motion design, which is Mazda’s philosophy of breathing life and personality into their cars. Nothing can replace the skill of the human hand and the power of human touch when designing a Mazda ✨

Cyber week, Black Friday, mad sales & offers - this is our new reminder to buy only the stuff we need and the things we’d benefit from long term while trying to shop greener, too 💚 One of the ethical brands I discovered recently (cannot recommend it enough) is @smallstuffaccessories, they really make a difference when it comes to recycled materials and how they give a second life to essentials. Another brand is @bobuxshoes which I mentioned so many times - they also have great offers which I’ve been supporting for years, they’re such great shoes and the team’s commitment to constant improvement in their design, in materials selection and in manufacturing process is something many other businesses could learn from.
